Provenance:
Grave No. 13 of the 2nd cemetery, about 200 m of distance of the first cemetery at Fenyvesdomb, North of Bashalom, East of Tiszeszlár, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county.

Discovery of the finding:
In 1947, József Rohács of Tiszeszlár, an amateur archaeologist continued the excavations of the first findspot, and succeeded in finding an even richer cemetery than the first one of Tiszaeszlár.

Artwork:
The border of the tarsoly was studded with a line of triangular mounts ornamented with a trefoil palmette, whose lower leaves enclose two small, round openings. The one leaf-shaped, and four triangular mounts of the closing strap are similarly decorated with palmettes. The parallel of this mount-ornamented tarsoly is known from Karos and from Eastern-Europe.
